rf89 Terms & Conditions

This document is the binding agreement governing use of the rf89 platform (https://rf89.im). By visiting, registering an account, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. rf89 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes take effect from the date they are published on the website. Players are responsible for checking back regularly.

2.1 Age Restriction

Anyone who wants to use the rf89 platform must be at least 21 years old. rf89 reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement at any time, and any remaining balance in such accounts will be handled accordingly.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player may only open one account. If a player is found to hold more than one account, rf89 has the right to close the extra accounts and void any bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Accounts opened with false information may be closed. rf89 may request supporting documents for account verification.

3.1 Account Holder Responsibilities

The account holder is directly responsible for their login details, password, and all activity carried out on their account. You must not share, transfer, or hand over your account to any third party in any form.

3.2 Account Access Issues

If you have difficulty accessing your account or suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately contact rf89's 24/7 Live Chat in Burmese.

3.3 Account Balance Transfer Restrictions

Players are not permitted to directly transfer their rf89 account balance to another player's account. rf89 reserves the right to take appropriate action against anyone who breaches this policy.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposit methods available on the rf89 platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer — 5 methods in total.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (for any method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. While this timeframe is met most of the time, processing may take longer in exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Currency

All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK) only. rf89 is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rf89 offers a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount (Wagering Requirement x20).

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you an account balance of 60,000 Ks. You must place bets totalling 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before you can withdraw any winnings from the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific terms and conditions. You can check rf89's promotions page before claiming a bonus to make sure you understand the requirements.
• Bonuses are not considered cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are completed.
• rf89 reserves the right to cancel any bonuses that remain unused after the promotion period has ended.
• When playing with bonus funds, maximum withdrawal limits may apply on winnings. Please check the specific promotion terms.

5.3 VIP Program

rf89 has 3 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades are determined by reviewing each player's betting activity history.

6.1 Fair Play

Games on the rf89 platform are tested with Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness. Every player gets an equal chance.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a server failure, network disconnection, or software error occurs, rf89 will check the game state at the time of the issue and process the correct bet / payment accordingly.

6.3 Football Betting

Information and odds for football matches may change. Players must check their records before placing further bets. Results of completed matches cannot be changed.

Players must not do any of the following —

• Engaging in money laundering in any form
• Any action intended to exploit the bonus betting system
• Playing using software bots, autoplay scripts, or any abnormal methods
• Insulting or threatening rf89 staff, players, or third parties
• Using any methods to bypass the platform's decision-making rules
• Operating the gaming service as a financial intermediary for third parties

If any prohibited action is found, rf89 has the right to immediately close the account, withhold refunds, and take disciplinary action.

Players' personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without a legal requirement. However, if disclosure is legally required, rf89 has the right to act in accordance with the law.

9.1 Closure by Player

A player may contact rf89 through 24/7 Live Chat at any time to voluntarily close their account. Any remaining balance will be refunded within the withdrawal processing time (5–30 minutes).

9.2 Closure by rf89

rf89 has the right to close a player's account without prior notice if these terms are violated, fraud occurs, or it is legally required.
